Up for bid is a beautiful specimen of a vintage baseball uniform circa the 1960's-1970's.  The shirt and pants are made of sturdy cotton, not the cheap polyester of today's uniforms.  The shirt has solid gold piping and a button-down front, and the back has the number 2 in felt stitched  on. The brand on the tag is Empire and the size is Mens small.  It's an unusual set as there is no gold on the pants, and the pants have red trim which is not found on the shirt, but as far as I know these two items were worn together as a uniform as they were among a relative's baseball uniforms from his little league/travel team days.  The pants are made by Russell Southern and are also tagged as Mens small.  There is some light staining along the white stripes on the pants, shown in one of the pictures.
