We post all items from our own warehouse in the United Kingdom using priority Royal Airmail within 2 working days of receiving payment. Please note that all ordered purchased over the weekend period will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Please allow the following guideline times for delivery:

• Do you discount shipping on multiple purchases?
  Yes we can offer discounts on multiple purchases, as postage is sold to us by weight you will need to contact us and we will work out a reduced shipping fee for you
  

• Where is my order?
  Please refer to Estimated Delivery Times in the Shipping and Delivery section. Royail mail will not track the item until these delivery estiamtes have passed

• Please note:
  Purchases are automatically shipped to your address as provided by eBay, please ensure this address is correct and up to date. We do not accept responsibility for loss of items that are sent to incorrect or old addresses.         
  

• Can I return an item?
  Please contact our Customer Service department via eBay messages if you need to return a product. You will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed. We will refund or exchange goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase. • I received a damaged order, what can I do?
  If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order and follow their instructions for return.
  

• Product Variation?
  Please note that we buy our books direct from publishers and are all brand new. Very rarely books will be revised and re-printed. On rare occasions customers may receive an updated revised book which may have a revised cover or the description that may be slightly different to that we have advertised.
  
  By purchasing a book from us you agree that you are happy to receive a revised edition book. You are entitled to a full refund if you are not satisfied.
  

• Can you send to a family member as a present?
  Yes off course, you will need to contact us prior to purchase to make sure we have the correct details. If you order and then contact us we might miss the request to send to an alternative address.
