Description: This Listing is for an Early Older Mint hinged Block of 4 Victoria Gibraltar Stamps Britain British Commonwealth Colonial Spectacular Fresh Block. The top two stamps are Mint Hinged with hinge at center of block. The bottom 2 stamps are Mint Never Hinged. Block does have a slight curl to it. Please see picture(s) for actual scan of stamp(s). If you see a clear line through the stamp(s) it is from the plastic sleeve I used to scan the stamp(s). Little Bit About Me and How I am Grading Stamps: I am not an expert in any field however I have been bulk purchasing items for many years. I have developed a consistent & conservative method for objectively grading the condition of everything I sell and sometimes these bulk purchases include stamps. All stamps are visually inspected under high powered lights, using my customized grading system. I will do my best to describe the stamp(s) and indicate the grade according to the below grading system. Please see picture for actual scan of stamp(s). If you see a clear line through the stamps it is from the plastic sleeve I used to scan the stamp(s). Thank you.

Mint Never Hinged (MNH): The stamp is Mint Never Hinged, it is unused and shows no sign of being hinged. Any noticeable flaws will be in the description.

Mint Light Hinge (MLH): The stamp is Mint Hinged, but the hinge mark is light or almost unnoticeable. Any noticeable flaws will be in the description.

Mint Hinged (MH): The stamp is Mint has been Hinged and is the hinge mark is clearly noticeable. Any noticeable flaws will be in the description.

Used: Is exactly that a used stamp.

I will do my best to describe the stamps condition and any noticeable flaw(s) in the description. I don’t have catalogs or time to look for Scott Numbers.

Domestic Shipping is FREE!!! By First Class Mail. The stamp(s) will be placed either in a glassine envelope or dealer card and put between index cards / chip board and mailed in an envelope.

International Shipping

NEW LOW PRICE! International Shipping is $1.30 USPS First Class Mail. Exception - **I invoice every Sunday Evening, If that invoice is or exceeds $10.00, International Shipping is FREE!! (This ONLY applies to STAMP Listings)**. The stamp(s) will be placed either in a glassine envelope or dealer card and put between index cards and mailed in an envelope.
