Item will be shipped within 1 days of payment received (except weekend).

We ship the items with the postal services (unless a shipment by express courier have been requested). We ship from Italy and average delivery times are 1-2 weeks  to European countries. 2-3 weeks to the US, Canada, Australia, Japan. Around 3 weeks to the rest of the world.

We describe our items as accurately as possible and we accept returns if the item is faulty or you have been misled in the description. We pay the returns shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be notified to us within 7 days.
