We ship via USPS & UPS
We do not refund shipping costs for any reason, under any circumstance. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on free S&H listings in the event that a transaction is cancelled. 
Combined Shipping & Handling
We configure combined shipping by total parcel weight. Buy more & save tons!

Combined S&H is only offered for items that are paid for together on one invoice. If you pay for your items separately, that is most likely how they will ship & without discount.  We will combine your orders if we happen to catch the multiple payments prior to shipping, however there is a $0.50-$1.00 separate payment handling fee per payment on top of actual combined shipping costs. 
 

 

International Shipping

1st Class Mail Int'l Shipping option includes ShipSaver Insurance.

1st Class Mail Int'l can be slow & could possibly take MONTHS to arrive for delivery. By selecting this option you confirm that you will allow enough time for delivery. ShipSaver requires a minimum of 45 Days before a claim can be initiated. In the event your parcel is lost or damaged, you must also confirm the details directly with ShipSaver using an online form. If this is a problem or you require a faster delivery, please select Priority Mail Int'l as your shipping method during checkout. Items combine by total parcel weight, so please be sure to request your combined total prior to sending payment if purchasing multiple items.

ShipSaver Insurance is not offered for the following countries so Priority Mail Int'l is required.

Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

Priority Mail Int'l Flat Rate Box & Envelope also include ShipSaver Insurance so the above terms exist for these shipping methods as well. You pay no additional shipping on all additional items added to your order unless the insurance cost increases. It has an ESTIMATED delivery time of 6-10 business days.

Priority Mail Int'l Parcel Includes USPS Insurance. This method has a 6-10 business day estimated delivery time.

We are honest on all customs forms, no exceptions. Providing false information such as a lower value or by marking the parcel as a gift when it is not, is a federal offense punishable by law.

Buyer is responsible for any duty taxes there may be.

Delivery may be delayed on international shipments due to customs.

Return Policy
Buyer should contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
If a return is accepted original S&H is not refundable, even on purchases where free shipping was offered.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The item must be unused & returned in the same condition as received. Brand new items must be unopened. If the item is received back used or damaged (including odors), a repair/cleaning fee will be deducted from refund & this fee could be up to 80% of the original cost depending on the damage.
