Recommended Use:

A 30g serving  (3 heaped dessert spoons) provides 14g of protein. Use 1-2 servings per day. Always add the protein powder towards the end of cooking as boiling or extended levels of heating will cause denaturation of the protein. Also, mix in with a spoon, whisk or blender.
