This is a Velocity 32 hole 700 x 19/23c double walled Deep V Shaped (30mm deep) Clincher rim with NON Machined Sidewalls in Pink.
This item came from a wheel builder that was builing a new facility.So it may have a scuff, scratch or blemish.
