Yes, we combine shipping: however, combined shipping is not two for one. Shipping costs go on TOTAL weight of items, and handling fees are added. Since our items range from 5 ounces to 2-3 pounds, we do not state “additional items are an exact charge.” Two light items in the 7-12 ounce range will go over the first class limit, and must ship priority mail to come together. Once handling fees are added to priority mail, you may not see savings on this type of combination; therefore they may be less to come as two packages. When you get 3-4 light items, you will always see a savings compared to individual fees. Heavier items, 14 ounces and up, will always see a significant savings by combining. FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR RATES BEFORE PURCHASING. If you feel our rates are unfair, we ask you to not bid on our items as we cannot afford low ratings on feedback. We do not offer FREE shipping, as profit margins will not allow it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL RATES: Shipping rates went WAY up on 1/28/2013. Items weighing under a pound almost doubled in cost to ship. You are MUCH better off to find 2-3 items you like as combining them will be a much better rate per item.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES INCURRED IN YOUR COUNTRY. These fees are not in our shipping quote and have nothing to do with us. We ship international packages daily Tues thru Friday. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIES A MUCH HIGHER RISK OF LOST/STOLEN MAIL. If item is not received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a case with Paypal within the 45 day limit. We do not issue automatic refunds or resend items because a buyer states they did not receive a package. We do NOT change the value of your item to save your import fees. It is illegal, please do not ask.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Almost all items are shipped within 24 hours of PAYMENT, except on weekends. We will do the best we can to get your purchase out as quickly as possible. If you have to have something in 2-3 days, CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL.
SHIPPING ERRORS
Occasionally a shipping error may occur… could be wrong size, wrong color, or quantity. Please let us know right away if a mistake has been made. If WE MESS UP, WE PAY to return the error and send you the correct item. A prepaid return bag will be provided for US domestic errors. If you return an item on your own that was an error, ONLY the cheapest postage (usually first class) will be refunded.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
New clothing is returnable for a refund of the selling price, less 5% within 14 days of your receipt. Notify the seller of intent to return, and use the return slip provided in your package. Any item returned after 14 days will be for exchange only. Tags must still be attached. No shipping/handling charges refunded. Exchanges are welcome if we have the size you need. Buyer pays actual shipping charges on exchanges. No handling fees added.
ITEM DESCRIPTION & COLOR
All items are described as detailed as possible. We NEVER intentionally misrepresent an item, so if you see something that may not be correct, please let us know. COLOR shows up differently on various monitors so please refer to color numbers listed and reference the manufacturer’s website if necessary.
COMMUNICATION
All messages will be answered within 24 hrs on weekdays, and usually on weekends. If you have not heard back from us within this time frame, please message us again as sometimes emails DO NOT make it through in the Ebay system!
