80" and 31" wide x 33 1/2" deep x 25" tall, 21 1/2" arm tall. Seat: 17" tall x 21" deep, 27" wide and 41" wide.

Wow! This sofa is scrumptiously comfortable and exra "rich" feeling. And very easy on the eyes! Very nice clean lined sofa made by one of the Earth's top high-end furnishings provider. Overall good condition, see flaws below.

Couple small areas surface dirt,, one 1/2" water stain on one side of seat cushion (other side has a 6" scrape and some surface dirt) , 6" rip in back of side chair sectional.

The cushions are all zippered so easy to remove for cleaning, spot cleaning is all in most probability. The one rip is facing the back so may or may not need to be addressed.
