Charming Vintage Eiffel Tower Souvenir Inkwell

This is a neat Art Deco souvenir inkwell and pen stand featuring the Eiffel tower.  It is a made of some type of cast metal (spelter?) with a bronze finish and a glass-covered cartouche of the Eiffel tower.  The inkwell has a hinged lid and brass liner.  I think this dates to the 1930s or 40s; someone scratched "1945" underneath, that may be when they got it.  It is 5 1/2" long and is in excellent condition.  It is marked underneath "Made in France, 'Le Souvenir'."  What a great item to complement a collection of Eiffel towers or vintage souvenirs!
