We work hard to provide great products and a good service to our customers so your feedback is very important to us. We are only human and mistakes do happen! If we have made a mistake or you are not happy with our products or service then please email us giving us the opportunity to resolve your issue before you leave us neutral or negative feedback.

We sell many items each day so it is not practical for us to leave feedback manually for customers. Our feedback is left automatically by an eBay tool on receipt of your feedback.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us and so our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 30 working days from receipt. If the goods are damaged or not what you ordered we will of course refund you in full - please contact us by email or telephone for instructions on how to return.

If you simply do not want to keep the item it is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. Return postage in this instance is also your responsibility. Please make sure you obtain a receipt for posting.
