Returns
Product must be returned unopened for refund less a $9.99 fee that covers our shipping to you. Our items are unopened and brand new unless otherwise noted. If defective, inoperable or missing parts, you must notify us within 10 days. All equipment must be returned within 30 days with complete original resaleable packaging and explanation for exchange. Please contact us for RMA # and return instructions prior to returning your item. RMA requests can be at the following web address

After 30 days it is considered a warranty issue and the manufacturer must be contacted directly.
