It is a Brand New iTop E-Pen  pen vaporizer e cigs. Comes with one USB charger, one atomizer & one 650mAh battery in Carrying Case as kit. Just refill the e liquid in omizer by removing the mouth pcs and put back it. USB charger, plug it into your wall adapter or computer or car charger with adapter. 

How to use:
Charge the battery ( botton part ) about 2-3 hours before to use with charger. Fill the e juice ( not included, you have to buy separate ) on atomizor tank.Then connect the atomizer ( tank ) with battery. Click the LED botton 5 times with in 2 seconds. When the LED lith is on the pen is ready to use. Just click & hold the botton to use. After 10 seconds it will off because of security purpose.

Return policy 

I will ship on the same or next business day after payment is received. You have 14 days after the item has arrived at your address to return it to me for a refund, you pay return shipping. If you have any questions, please contact me. 

The item  is in Good condition however If your item arrives DOA, or incorrect or defective you must notify me within 3 day's and send it back within 14 days of the confirmed USPS shipped date and receive a replacement, if I don't have a replacement I will refund you in full. If the Item are defective I pay for return shipping. Replacement or refund will be given after getting the item received back. Please save the packing slip for return address and use the same address for return. If you don't like the product just return it back  and inform me for full refund.
