*Refund Policy
At The Fabric Palette we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not we offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 14 days from the day you receive the fabric. The refund will be issued for the purchase price plus shipping. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except if defective.
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, packaging and free from smoke odor. Refunds will only be issued on items that meet this criteria.
