With this Sim, each month, you will have unlimited browsing (Google searches, Facebook sereaches, emails with no attachments) and 500 MB of data download/upload (uploading photos to Facebook, emails with attachments, YouTube video's, BBC iPlayer) for a period of 180 days from date of dispatch, for the following 6 months

The sim will last 6 months, each month you will receive a new allowance.

These allowances are not designed for use of watching long movies or daily voice Skype calls for long periods of time each day.

Moderate videos are fine and quick daily voice Skype calls are ok - there is a usage allowance to indicate your usage, this is under settings, networks then usage.

You can reset your usage every month on your iPad or other Smart device.

These are activated from the date of dispatch and each one is valid for use for 180 days from there after - it is activated from the date of dispatch and is already to use on arrival.

Weather you put this into your phone/tablet/device or not this is already in use.

There are no roll-overs of allowances not used in one month to another month, each month your new allowance of unlimited browsing and 500 MB of downloads restart

The usage will expire after 180 days - whether you use it or not and regardless what is left on the sim.

The next month you can top up £5 and then add the internet booster on via a text or via customer services.

Or you can buy another one from us next time!

If your buying more than one then please bare in that each one lasts for 180 days from date of dispatch and all sims come pre loaded and activated in advance.

Please make sure your device is ready for use and is already unlocked to work with any sim card before you make your purchase.

We also collaborate with many other on line sellers and retailers by supplying them our range of products and services.

When it comes to mobile phone accessories for on line selling, there are generally 4 different quality variants – from 1 to 4 with 1 being the lowest quality and 4 a much higher and better manufactured accessories.  

We generally stock and sell quality 3 and 4 of these accessories – which is why you will see our accessories priced at higher prices than our competitors.

We would not sell something we would not approve of to buy and use for ourselves.

We value all our customers, their opinions and general feedback – this is one of the best ways to improve our services and products.

Though we expect our customers - who use eBay - to buy their accessories to use some common sense and be generally understanding that sometimes things can go wrong but we are always here happy to help.

RETURNS POLICY

We value our customers tremendously and one of our aim is for as much repeat custom as possible!
We do expect some common sense from our customers who buy on eBay and not to expect to do something you would not do in a retail environment.
That is to remember what they are paying a fraction of what the items will be in the retail stores and therefore the quality will also differ.
They also need to remember that items are not going to arrive instantly and may take 3 to 5 days on average.
We expect all customers to contact us prior to leaving feedback should there be any concerns or issues they may have – this is a condition of all our items for sale.
Customers should keep in mind that some of our products are time sensitive such as SIM cards which cannot be reversed once activated – this is the same in retail stores.
We will always endeavour to help our customers as much as possible – especially where we are at fault or have made the mistake.
Though this does not mean we will tolerate nonsense – especially where we know a customer would not behaive or have the same expectations if they were in a retail store.  

1.  I want you to be happy with your purchase.

2.  Please check it it is functioning correctly within 3 working days of receipt. All faults must be reported within this time frame for replacement or refund.

3. You can return your item at your own cost (if you are simply unhappy with it) within the first 14 days of you receiving it. All items must be return unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents (e.g. phone, battery, charger & adaptors, hands-free, PC cable, leather case/pouch, user manuals, CD software, interior packing case, box, memory card) and in a resell-able condition. 

4.  All returns must be pre authorised and please contact us immediately via email or the above contact no with the reason for your return.

5.   All returns must be received to us within 7 days from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).

6.   Please note that all returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refund will be reduced by 15 % of the total cost (excluding postage costs) to cover our general administration & warehouse restocking cost.

7.   Please contact us approved address for return. 

8. If you are:
a) a UK customer, all returns must be sent via royal mail special delivery or appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.

b)         an overseas customer, all returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery.

c)          All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).

9.  Customer is responsible to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held responsible for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.

10.  We advise you to include a note with eBay item number and buyer’s eBay user ID clearly sated on it, along with the return package.

11.  Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days.

12.  Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment used to make the initial purchase.

13. After 7 days of receipt I’m unable to receive returns or exchange your item & you will have to contact the manufacturer to cover issues under remaining warranty or if out of warranty you will have to arrange for repair at your own cost. 

14. All Sim cards must be returned with full credit, Unless supplied without any credit (We would provide confirmation receipt with all preloaded Sim card. Also we will retain a receipt).
