We accepted International order. We ship to Australia by UBI Logistics Australia. We will ship out the item within 1-2 business days after clearance of payment.

Australia customers will receive the parcel within 3-5 days with tracking number.

Non-Australia customers. We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPMENT (EMS / DHL / TNT) to the following locations, it usually takes 3-7 days to arrive after payment confirmation.

• Europe: European Union Countries* / Ireland
• Australasia: Australia / New Zealand
• East & Southeast Asia: Taiwan / Korea / Japan / Singapore / Malaysia / Thailand / Indonesia / Philippines / Kampuchea / Vietnam

Remarks:

If your location is not reachable (or need extra remote area fees) by the express shipment companies, we will ship the parcel through registered postal mail or EMS. It will take a longer time to arrive.

• European Union Countries include the following 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not include Canary Islands), Sweden, and the United Kingdom (not include Channel Islands). 

Tracking number will be provided once it is able for online checking.

Shipping Method - Register-Mail Shipment (for other countries)

We use Hong Kong Post / DHL Global Mail to ship the item. Tracking number will be provided once it is able for online checking. It usually takes 3-5 weeks to arrive.

But in peak seasons (from early October - mid February every year), delivery time will be 2 extra weeks longer than normal, due to overloading of postal offices, please understand we are also passive to the issue.

Express Shipping is also available, the additional cost depends on your location. Please send us your address for quoting the additional fees.

• Non-EU countries (exclude Switzerland and Norway)

We may charge an extra shipping fee for the shipment, the exact amount depends on your location.

For any buyer (from these countries) who placed the order without prior contact, we reserve the rights to charge the additional shipping fee or to cancel the order.

If you are not from these countries, please ignore this notice and feel free to purchase, we will offer free shipment for you.

• To Return an item you must contact us and take photos of your item to clearly show any damage or unusual aspects of it.
• Approved  returns will be subject to inspection on arrival. Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.
• All shipping and handing charges are non-refundable.
• Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will cover the cost if sending replacement/repaired items.
