 Up for sale is a medal, issued circa 1886, commemorating the 1884 presentation and 1886 dedication of the Statue of Liberty.

Description: It is made from white metal, and measures approximately 38mm in diameter. It has been designated as GO-5a in John Gabriel's Liberty work. The obverse initials R.L. (Robert Lovett) and the reverse initials R.L. and A.D-F (Anthony DiFrancisci). It is believed that these medals were produced at the Paris Mint.

Condition: XF with a bit of wear to the high points and original luster present around the outlines. Please examine the photographs for further details and qualities.
