Excellent cosmetic condition, includes IBM 2604-C2U 510cs color sub-notebook v.1.4.0A firmware level 1.13, Phoenix NoteBIOS v.1.0.3, 640K base memory, 19648K extended memory module, 200MB HD with Windows 95 installed along with PC DOS 6.2 and MS DOS 3.1. Has PCMCIA slot for IBM 02K4249 56K data/fax modem
Includes IBM 73G3416/7 battery, external IBM 73G3384 Multiport, external IBM 59G7906 floppy disk, Kingston 16MB PCMCIA RAM expansion card, Silicon Sports Wetsuit 3.0 neoprene carry case, two extra IBM 73G3416/7 batteries Toshiba OnTrack disk overlay manager installed to address large HDD Boots to Windows 95 installation, as well as to MS DOS and PC DOS prompts. None of the batteries hold any appreciable charge, but could be rebuilt with better cells. Power switch is finicky, but works. Display is intermittent; suspect it is as simple as a loose ribbon cable. With some TLC, this could be a very unique and usable vintage 1994 collectable sub-notebook PC, or serve as a museum display model. |
