We always send you an email on day of despatch telling you that your item is on its way.

The vast majority of our items are sent via Courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign and a contact phone number that we can include with the shipping documentation.

If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is left with you by the courier. Delivery is usually attempted the next working day and if unsuccessful, a second card is left.

Your Item is then held at the depot for 5 days before being sent back to us.

If an item is sent back to us after this period we reserve the right to either re-invoice the delivery charge or refund the purchase price of your order less the p&p and cancel the sale.

Items must be returned in original packaging, unmarked and unused.

We will offer you a refund on the full purchase price excluding postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it.
