All batteries are rated above 70, most are in the 80 range. (Number is basically the percentage the battery can still hold)

Shipping

Our business hours are 7:30am to 4pm PST Monday thru Friday. We will respond to questions during that time as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for responses to questions. Items will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. We only ship to the contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes via Fed Ex.

Warranty for Computers that do not have an Operating System Computers that are not fully refurbished by InterConnection, including this listing, are covered by a 14 day warranty. If you're unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the laptop by contacting us through eBay messages. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Laptop batteries in these listings are untested and not guaranteed to hold a charge. Warranty for Computer that have an Operating System We offer a 90 day warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. If you experience any difficulties, contact our customer service department by sending us a message through eBay.  Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not by covered by our warranty.
