Selling Process and Fast Delivery
Fast Delivery:
The transportation of this article and the postage quoted on the listing is for mainland and curbside delivery only. The product will be dispatched within 14 days. We are able to ship also to Islands and Ireland but at an additional charge. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes and service fees that may occur in their country. Please ask us for a transportation quote for those destinations or if you need an express delivery before you bid. Delivery takes additional 2 – 14 days after the product has been dispatched depending on where you are located and the workload of the transportation company.
The logistic cost we quoted is a pass-through cost in which we make no margin. The delivery companies we are using are professionals and skilled to handle such delicate products with care in order to minimize transportation damages.
We have outsourced the logistics to multiple specialized logistic companies across the country depending on the product. They don’t allow customers to pick up the goods for security and privacy reasons of other clients they have. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to pick up the goods.
Once the item ships, we will notify you with tracking number if available. The trucking company will usually contact you to make a delivery arrangement during their normal business hours. We do not have control over the transportation company but they should contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery. Unfortunately, not all delivery drivers do that. In any case, if you are not at home, they will leave a note and contact number and have to deliver again at your convenience. You can then choose a date in which you are at home, give the instruction to leave it somewhere outside your house or to hand it over to a neighbour – whatever better suits you. Delivery companies work normally Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00. Please note that the delivery company is not responsible for lifting or carrying the products into the house or business location. Therefore, we recommend that you have help available to move the product into your location. Express or weekend delivery, lift gate service and inside delivery might be available for an additional cost if you inform us before you place the order.
Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear and tear but please carefully inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. If there is any damage to the product, please make note of the damage on the delivery report prior to signing for the receiving and send us a copy. Once signed for, we nor the trucking company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery report and you kept a copy. Damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a delivery report in detail and a photo.
Easy Selling Process:
After the end of the auction you receive from us a confirmation email with all the details you need to complete the selling process. If you didn't receive this email within 1 day then please check your spam folder or contact us. In this email is a web-link which will take you to our order process webpage. Please enter there your delivery and billing address including your phone numbers in order for the transportation company to contact you prior to the delivery. After you have entered your information, we will send you an order confirmation email and all necessary details for the payment. We keep you up to date with the status of your order and are happy to answer emails promptly. In any case we would need phone number so delivery company can call to arrange delivery. Without this information we will not be able to dispatch the item.
