We only accept papal as a Payment method. You need a PayPal account to use this method, which is available as a free platform at www.paypal.com. PayPal offers payments by credit/debit card and bank account and is used by millions of eBay customers worldwide.

Payment should be made immediately. Failure to pay can result in delays in delivery or your purchase being cancelled.

UK Delivery

We realise that you would like your products as soon as possible that is why we are committed to making sure that we handle your orders promptly and efficiently. We endeavour to dispatch all our non personalised orders on the same day if ordered before 3pm. We also offer Royal Mail Guaranteed delivery by 1pm next day for those in a little bit more of a rush.

Orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail or one of our designated courier services.

International Delivery

International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Air Mail in conjunction with your local postal service.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch orders on the weekends or holidays.

1st Class Royal Mail Packet Post

Items dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class using their Packet Post service are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please allow 3-4 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days.

If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to The Craft Tree

2nd Class Royal Mail Packet Post

Items dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class using their Packet Post service are normally delivered within 3-4 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please allow 5-6 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.

UK Next Day Delivery by 9AM, 1PM or Saturday Delivery
