If you are not sure whether the item is compatible with your car, please contact us. A Gateway/CAN module of revision 'L' or newer is required. If you don't change a new gateway, maybe the battery will be exhausted. And changing new gateway, you need to reset all the programs. You'd better ask for professionals to help you.

Attention:

-The car model before 2009 need to Use the Canbus module when uploading,otherwise, it will cause battery leaking problem.

-The car model before 2009 can't support Multifunction steering wheel button.

Shipping:

• We usually ship the goods within 48 hours after receipt of the payment and your confirmation message. The confirmation should be included your address, car model and the Year of manufacture. We can't ship out the goods until we receive your confirmation.
• The item need to ship from our U.K. Warehouse. Normally the warehouse need about 2-3 days to handling the goods. The tracking number will be uploaded after that, and we will upload the tracking number on eBay ASAP.
• Some countries like Switzerland, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Indonesia, etc need to ship from China.
• We recommend to choose the Standard Intl. Shipping. For the shipping way, it can be delivered in about 5-7 working days.

Return Policy:

We will test the goods carefully before shipping. The goods will be in good condition and works well, but it can be damaged during the transportation.  If you meet this kind of problem, please take it easy. You have 30 days, after  it arrived, for exchange and returning.   Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged product, and  provide a proof (photos or video), then we will change a new one or refund your money.The item considered for exchange must be returned in "as new" condition,  and should be with all accessories and original packaging.
