Shipping

I CAN ship to 48 of the 50 United States (I cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii). I CANNOT ship to anywhere Outside of the U.S. I apologize for this but I must abide by my suppliers and their boundaries.

Processing time is normally 1-2 days.

I will send Tracking Numbers for all products purchased as soon as I receive them from my supplier.

Damaged during shipping:

The customer should not accept a damaged package from UPS or FedEx. Also, the customer should contact their local UPS\FedEx office if the product is damaged and I should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment so that I can arrange for UPS\FedEx to do an Inspect and Retrieve on the shipment. After UPS\FedEx has done their inspection, the product will be returned and a credit will be issued.
