PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Payment is due within 4 days. We accept Paypal, MC/Visa/Discover/AMEX.
SHIPPING: We ship most items within 1 business day, which excludes weekends and holidays. All Non-continental US shipments are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. All ship-to addresses are taken from Ebay, so please verify that your shipping address is correct before you complete payment. We will ship to the address in the Ebay transaction only.
COMBINED SHIPPING: To receive a combined shipping discount, all items must be paid for at one time in one payment. If you feel that you are eligible for a shipping discount, please "request a total from seller" BEFORE you pay. We will then send you an invoice with the discounted shipping. Once an order is paid for, it CANNOT be combined with another order to save on shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Our shipping fees do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. You are responsible for ALL fees. Because we are a business, we cannot ship items as gifts.
EMAIL: Every effort is made to answer all emails, within (1) business day. We are closed evenings and on weekends. Emails sent during these times will be answered the next business day.
