International buyers we ship USPS Airmail unless different shipping means is requested by purchaser. We accept no responsibility for shipping time once we mail, we have no control over mail services. We ship on business days Tuesday~Friday, normally shipment is within 3 business days of payment. USA~insurance is required on all purchases over $25.00 against loss/damage.For the first $50.00 it is $1.70 and $0.25 for each $50.00 thereafter. International buyers for insurance coverage must upgrade the mail service to be covered against loss/damage. Please request costs as they vary depending on destinations & mail carriers, we will not automatically upgrade. However all purchases for $100.00USD or more must be shipped Global Priority Mail Service. International Important Information: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Return Policy: Returns accepted for items that are incorrectly described in listings, with no exceptions. A Return Authorization Number must be requested prior to return or package will be rejected. We must be notified within 7 days and the item must be returned within 14 days in exact condition with original packaging. Items which are new and sealed once opened cannot be returned. Item must be sent with confirmation of delivery. Once item is received, money back or exchange if another like item is available, a credit towards another purchase if so desired is an option. Return shipping is paid by buyer and reimbursed if indeed the fault lies with us and is warranted. If its our fault The Collectible Connection will fix it. ITEM CONDITION GUIDELINE CHART: MINT / LIKE-NEW: Item looks NEW having NO signs of wear, the item is flawless, outside package may show wear or have no package at all. EXCELLENT: The item has NO noticeable flaws or normally some very minor flaws are present, listed in description. GOOD: Item shows wear, been loved and shows use. Not for a finicky colllector. POOR/Fair: Item condition bait or needing TLC/repair. This is just a guideline chart, interpretation of flaws is just meant to be a guideline for items, yours might be slightly different for items. Transaction Cancellation Terms: Within the first 24 hours after purchase no restocking charges/fees apply.
