NEC Audio/Video Selector model AVX 910.  It turns on fine but I don't have a way to test it so being sold as is.  All kinds of inputs/outputs.  Faceplate is very very clean with no scratches marks etc.  The top just has a few very minor scratches.  Has some weight to it!  Shipping and handling U.S. w/delivery confirmation $27.90.
