SAME DAY DISPATCH - Orders placed on a working day will be dispatched on the same day if your order if received before 1pm. All orders after this time may be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are sent with ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS, or courier delivery. These are relatively fast, but are NOT guaranteed next-day services.

Returns Policy

As an online business seller, we fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, and are please to say that we go a little further in offering a more generous return policy than required

Our terms
We must be notified of any potential returns to us, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and we must recieve back returned items in good condition within 28 days from date of order.

We have the right to refuse any requested returns after 14 days from date of receipt, and any refund for returned items after 28 days from date of order.

All returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item has been dispatched, or the item has been severely damaged in transit.

On any order which has been delivered and you have changed your mind and wish to return the item, we can arrange collection from your chosen address for a charge. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned to us for any reason excluding being faulty/damaged through transit. If items returned to us are not in their in original and resaleable condition then a refund may be refused.

Payment Information

We prefer payment made through Paypal, as this allows the quickest possible service we can give you.

However, we also accept Cheques or Postal Orders. Please contact us if you would like to pay by cheque.
