Your item will be shipped usually within 1 Business day of cleared payment received. 
Every item is checked and carefully prepared for secure shipping. 
Registered Post for shipping within Australia or Insurance for International Shipping is available and recommended on all items - in some circumstances this requirement is mandatory due to the nature or value of the item. 
Although all care is taken to pack your item/s securely please be aware that I can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.

All purchases must be paid for within 5 days of order date . If you require an extension please email me for alternative arrangements. 
Depending on your order size Layby / Layaway is available by request, so please contact me for further information.
Please read item descriptions thoroughly. In the event that an item you receive is not "as described" a full refund including postage will be issued upon the safe return of the item.
Should an item arrive to you damaged please contact me immediately along with a photo of the damaged item.
Parcels will be shipped to the address as provided by ebay at the point of sale. If you update your address after the point of sale please email me your change of address - it is the buyers responsibility to keep this information upto date PRIOR to making purchasing.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your item. Please email me with your details if returning an item.
All returns must be in an unused / undamaged condition and in original packaging along with any Collectors Certificates etc. 
Buyer is responsible for return postage.
