Returns :  Before you ask for a return / refund and I have not made any error
please concider reselling the item yourself
If you still prefer a refund, then the refund will be prompt on return
of the item by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Sorry, I do not pay the cost of return postage.

In the unlikely event that I make an error, I will do my best to "see you right"
and do what I reasonably can to see that you are not out of pocket.

Shipping costs are in most cases guestimated, if you are not
happy with the shipping costs please do not make the purchase
My aim is to try to just cover my packing and shipping costs
(but not the petrol to get to the post office etc like some sellers !!)

If on any particular order, my shipping guestimate is conciderably too high
(especially for overseas buyers)
I am willing to refund the excess shipping* after I have shipped
if you have paid with paypal, and send me a reminder !!
(*minus about £1.00 or 10%, whichever is the greater)

I do not ship to third party addresses
Please ensure the address on your paypal and ebay accounts
is the same as the address you want me to ship to BEFORE you buy
or your payment will be refunded, so that you can pay again

If your item is returned to sender because you were out when delivery was attempted 
and you did not contact Royal Mail to collect / arrange re-delivery
Then you will be required to pay the postage again to have the item re-shipped.
If this happens I will send the original packaging when I re-ship as proof
that I genuinely posted it the first time
