Q: What does recertified mean?

A: Recertified is a term that has many definitions depending on who you speak to. Some vendors try to use this term to hide the fact that a recertified unit is refurbished.The difference between recertified units and refurbished is that factory recertified units were refurbished and tested by the original manufacturer.All parts used are original NEW manufacturer parts.While anyone can refurbish a drive only the manufacturer can do so with all new parts and stamp these units as recertified and give them a warranty period.In order for a drive to be stamped recertified by the manufacturer it must meet all standards a new unit does.

Q: Can you declare my package as a gift or declare a lower value?

A: No, international customers please note it is a federal crime in the USA to falsify information on customs declaration forms.We cannot honor these requests.
You are responsible for all customs duties and fees that may arise from importing one of our products into your country.In most cases we will not even respond to your emails if it requests us to modify the declared value.

Shipping: 

We ship items Monday through Friday; we do not ship on weekends or holidays.Standard Order Processing time: Your order should leave our warehouse 1-2 business days from the date of cleared payment.While we try to get all orders out the next business day we will notify customers of any delay that may occur.

  • Estimated order transit time: 2-8 business days from the shipment date.
  • Total estimated delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days.

Returns: 

We understand from time to time the need to return and item may occur.  Please read below for a detailed overview of our return policy. We will exchange defective or damaged products within the warranty period.This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Returns for refund are accepted for the first 7 days after the customer receives the item 

If a customer returns an item by choice, meaning it is not caused by defect or performance, which originally had free shipping there will be a $6 fee deducted from the refund.If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.

  • Any problem with an Item must be reported within the warranty period.
  • If items are damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package or no claim will be allowed.
