INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 3 day return policy if product is not as described or damaged. If you wish to return a product please e-mail us for return instructions within 3 days of receiving the product at buyers expense.    All shipping & handling and processing fees are non-refundable.

Our company keeps track of the seal numbers sent.

 

 

RETURN TERMS

All sales come with 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item, in the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Specific terms are:

·         For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

·         We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.

·         Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

·         Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

·         Short-shipments, DOA and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.

·         A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

·         Returns may be subject to a 20 % restocking fee.

·         All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period if found defective if item returned is inspected and found not to be defective buyer has to pay for the shipping back to them, seller will not be responsible for the shipping.

·         Warranty will be considered expired if security stickers are removed or tampered in any way

RETURN PROCEDURES

Please send returns back to us insured for the full purchase value and using a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original bill of sale and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us.

 All RMA and return labels have expiration after 15 days of being issued.  If item is not received after that period of time we could refuse the delivery of it.  Buyer is responsible for the shipping as soon as RMA or Return Label (RS) is issued.

 

WARRANTY

All sales are final after warranty expiration.  No Return after warranty expiration.

S&H is non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Units returned will be tested. If item found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer’s expense.

Our company keeps track of the seal numbers of the items sent to avoid receiving items not sold by us. If buyer returns an item not sold by us, seller will not be responsible for the shipping or the warranty.

Warranty will be considered expired if SECURITY SEALS are broken or tampered in any way.

Our security seal could be green or black and are placed strategically in our products, some are visible and some are not.  The dimension is 9 x 8 millimeters.
