Dry electric towel rails are a new and efficient way of bringing heat to your bathroom. Using a cord heating element which is threaded through the bars of the towel rail, the air inside the rail is heated, which in turn heats the metal given an even spread of heat across the towel rail. This method of heating means you can heat a towel rail with elements as low as 60 watts, which means running cost are kept low. For deliveries to the Isle of man, channel Islands, please contact us for a quote On rare occasion whereby an attempted delivery fails and the courier returns the items back to us, Unfortunately a return delivery and re delivery charge of £10 will apply, which you will have to pay before we can resend the items We strongly advises you not to book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. Any claim of damages after the package has been signed for will not be accepted as the carrier companies insurance policy will not cover damaged goods once accepted and signed for. Goods signed as “goods not checked” will also not be accepted by the insurance company. If you find the product damaged when the carrier is trying to deliver. Inform us immediately and we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP. Should you wish to return your order for any reason please note that we must be notified by email within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in the original condition and must not have been fitted. Any goods that has packaging damaged, or has been installed, or is not in a resaleable Condition will not be accepted for returns. Please note that if you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange then all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we will not refund the cost of the initial delivery cost, or the cost of returning the item to us. We strongly suggest you return the item using a trackable and insured means. All customers are repsonsible for paying the cost of postage for any return products. |
