Domestic Shipping:

• Handling Time:  We typically ship your item the business day (Monday-Friday) after cleared payment.  We do not ship on Saturdays except during November and December.

• Shipping Services:  We prefer to ship via either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as these have proven to be the quickest and safest methods in our experience.  Every package includes free delivery confirmation, but please remember this is not necessarily a tracking number.  It simply lets you know we shipped it and lets us know you received it; it doesn't always tell either of us where it is in between. ;)  We will ship larger items via UPS Ground.

• Shipping Time:  Most domestic packages will reach you within 2-3 business days unless they are traveling UPS Ground, in which case it can take up to 5 days.

• Pick ups:  If you'd like to pick your item up from our store, that is just fine by us.  Find us at 2100 E. Van Buren in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

  International Shipping:

• Ship-to locations--We ship worldwide.  Rarely, depending on a product, we may exclude certain locations in the listing.  Typically, we ship As-Is/damaged products only to primarily English-speaking countries in order to avoid a misunderstanding, but if you are in an excluded location and contact us to let us know you fully understand the listing; we will gladly make an exception.

• Shipping Services:  We prefer to ship internationally via USPS Priority mail whenever possible as it offers both buyer and seller the best protection.  We do realize that sometimes the price can be prohibitive, however, so we do offer small flat-rate box and envelope services, as well as USPS First Class if the buyer prefers, but only with the understanding that WE CANNOT TRACK THESE SERVICES.  You will receive a label number which you can enter to verify that your item has left our hands, but once it is in the postal system, we have no control over it unless you pay for additional tracking services. 

• Shipping time: We typically ship the day after cleared payment.  Please understand that international post times vary, and it can take anywhere from 4-21 business days for your item to arrive.  We cannot control delivery times.  If your item has not arrived within 2 weeks (10 business days) please take your label number to your local post to ensure your item is not stuck in customs before asking us to track, as this is where delays commonly occur.  Our local post office will not track or attempt to track a package until 3 weeks have past.

• Customs Fees/Duties:  Please familiarize yourself with customs fees and duties levied by your country's government, as all import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  We have no control over any fees that you may incur from importing your item.  We follow all international shipping regulations as well as Ebay's international shipping policies.

• Combined Shipping:  We will gladlly combine shipping on multiple purchases.  Especially on cosmetic purchases, we can often fit multiple items in one flat rate envelope or box for no extra shipping charge.  If you buy mulitiple items, please wait for a combine invoice so you can get your discounted shipping rate.

Focker's is an outlet store, so our product comes from a variety of sources including closeouts, discontinued items, less-than-retail-gorgeous packaging, customer returns, and salvage.  As such, while the item inside may be new and perfect, outer packaging may be damaged, have price stickers, residue, etc.  Please check the condition report closely so as to avoid any misunderstandings, and if you must have retail ready product, email us first to ensure we have enough of what you need in pristine packaging available.   Electronics and housewares have been tested for functionality unless otherwise stated.  All sales are final unless we make an error in the listing (which is rare, but can happen), or unless we offer a return or guarantee in the listing.
