·         Returns are generally not accepted on any hardgood purchases – skateboard completes, decks, trucks, wheels, etc.

·         All returns must be received in brand-new, original, and unused condition only with tags still attached

·         Buyer is responsible for return postage and shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund for items with free shipping

·         Please email us first if you would like to return an item to discuss in more detail – any returns sent without prior authorization will be refused

We are not able to honor guarantees made by the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you feel that any of our products were sold to you with a manufacturer’s defect, please contact the manufacturer directly as we are not responsible for such defects.  We will be happy to assist you with the information for the brands that we carry.  Also, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may result from the use of the products we sell.  Skateboarding can be a dangerous activity that should be taken seriously while using proper protective equipment. If you are injured as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, please contact the manufacturer immediately to resolve your claim.
