Our staff are experienced in a wide range of DIY skills and are always willing to spare their time to answer questions and give advice to help you get the job done! Our online philosophy is much the same, we promise to give you a swift, hassle free and pleasant online shopping experience.
Our delivery service is UK Mail next working day (tracked). Our dispatch cut off is 4pm all orders after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day. If you do not receive your item within 1 working day please contact our customer service team straight away.
Highlands & Islands: 3-5 Working Days
Weekends & Bank Holidays: No deliveries will take place on weekends or bank holidays
as they are not classed as 'working' days
Returns:
Damaged or Faulty Orders: Maxwells DIY will replace your item and take responsibility for the return of faulty or damaged items
Unwanted or Mistaken Orders: The customer is responsible for the return of orders placed by mistake, Maxwells DIY will not refund postage charges for orders placed by mistake. Orders shall be refunded once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
