About Us:

Golf Cart King was launched for golf-cart owners who either desire a more personalized vehicle or like to maintain and improve their own golf carts. The company is focused on providing industry-leading customer service, while currently offering more than 10,000 premium golf-cart parts and accessories online at deeply discounted prices.

The site carries brand-specific parts for major golf cart manufacturers, such as EZGO, Club Car, and Yamaha. In addition, Golf Cart King also has thousands of replacement parts and accessories that will change the appearance of your cart or upgrade the stock performance.

The company’s founder and president, Aaron Gouldie, has spent most of his life working in his family’s golf cart business, which has helped provide him with the industry knowledge and contacts necessary to offer the parts and accessories people need at extremely low prices.

“After decades in the golf cart industry, I’ve been able to talk to customers and understand what they want and need,” said Gouldie. “I’ve used every one of those interactions to help me create a web site and a business that caters to exactly what my clients have said they need – a fast, friendly and affordable one-stop shop for golf cart accessories and parts.”

The site also features a “Made in the USA” section of the online store to help promote the sale of U.S. made golf cart parts and accessories. This helps stimulate the economy and promote American-quality accessories.

Payment

Payment Types

Paypal 
I accept PayPal. You must have funds in your PayPal account, have the account linked to your bank, or your credit card. Shipping address must be PayPal confirmed. 
Please pay as soon as possible to insure a prompt shipment!

Personal Checks 
I will accept personal checks from domestic bidders with 10+ positive feedbacks and ZERO negative feedbacks ONLY. There is a mandatory seven (7) business day waiting period for personal checks to clear.

Credit Cards 
We accept credit card orders over the phone.

Terms Of The Sale 
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. The “King” is a reasonable person and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, I have no problems accommodating special circumstances. 

By entering a bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchasing the item described above. Please do not bid if you are unable to comply with the terms of the sale and eBay policies, or are unsure/unable to pay, or have no intention to purchase the item.

Shipping & Handling

The “King” ships within the 4 business days (usually less than 2 business days) after receipt of the payment (except for a pre-order in which case the buyer will be notified by e-mail as to the estimated date of shipping). Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition. Each package comes with a tracking number. We will notify you within 1-2 business days if a product is backordered or out of stock. Upon notification you may decide to cancel the transaction for a full refund or be discounted on your purchase up to 10% of the total cost.

Returns

Golf Cart King values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from Golf Cart King, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
Product Returns
Any product may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center toll-free at 877-960-5464. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user's manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product. 
If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, follow the return instructions provided by the dealer.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
Shipping
Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. They must be shipped to our Distribution Center at their address (Please contact us for where return must be shipped). We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $30 may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packing, or which do not include all components (manuals, accessories, original packaging, etc.). Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling from 8 AM to 5 PM (Central Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Cancellations
Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to Golf Cart King within 24 hours after your order is submitted. If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel or change the order after it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for all shipping fees, brokerage charges and duty payable on the original order and on any products returned to us from the original order.
Refunds
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.
For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase. 
For refunds on products paid by check, or wire transfer, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.
Warranty Exchanges
Most new products carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days from purchase, call 1-877-960-5464. All electrical components are not warranted after package has been opened. 
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold "AS IS" – no refunds, no returns on these items.
Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns on electronic components. 
Undeliverable Merchandise
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
