RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

• RETURN CONDITIONS:
  • Wrong item shipped or defective items are eligible for a full refund and NO restocking fee
  • International and Canada returns are not accepted
  • All other returns are charged a 10% restock fee to cover expenses related to processing the return and relisting the item
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless The Hitch-N-Post is in error
  • All items must be returned in the original condition with all original packaging and the original box
  • Please try on the shoes on carpet or a surface that does not soil or damage the outsoles

• RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) by contacting us through the ebaY message system
  • The Hitch-N-Post service team will send you a RMA e-mail with instructions to return the item.
  • The RMA e-mail must be enclosed with the returned item(s)

• RETURN PROCESSING:
  • Refunds are issued via PayPal or to credit card within 3 business days of receipt of item in our returns department in Augusta, Georgia

• EXCHANGES:
  • Due to limited inventory and the nature of our business model, we generally do not permit exchanges
