    We ship throughout the United States. We ship all orders within two business days of cleared payment. Remote parts of the United States may not be eligible for all delivery options. Alaska and Hawaii can occasionally have issues with standard shipping methods; if there is a problem using a standard shipping method, the next best option will be selected for you. 
    We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight-forwarding addresses or reseller addresses. All orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight-forwarding addresses or reseller addresses will be canceled and refunded upon receipt.

    Returns

    Order Cancelations and Changes:
    
Sony works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed in any way. This includes changes to the payment method, shipping information or items in the order. In the unlikely event that Sony is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive an email notice and your original form of payment will be refunded as soon as possible. 

    
Returns:
    
Sony's return policy allows for products purchased directly from Sony and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after obtaining a Sony return authorization number (RMA) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Sony for a refund of purchase price actually paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Games, game hardware, Gift Cards, and Engraved Products are non-returnable items. We will not issue a refund on any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) or downloaded. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 30 days. The RMA number may be obtained by contacting Sony's Customer Support via the eBay Message Center, and must be noted on the outside of the returned product's container. RMAs are valid for only 14 days from issuance. Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Sony. Damage and missing-part restocking fees may apply. If you return a Product to Sony (i) without a RMA from Sony or (ii) beyond the 14 day RMA issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Sony retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to eight weeks for Sony to credit your account.  Please contact Sony for the full details of the warranty.
