Seller's Payment Instructions

Please pay by PayPal as soon as you receive notification of your winning bid and Plugplants4u will dispatch your purchase the following Tuesday/Wednesday after payment is received. Please note we do not normally dispatch Thursday to Sunday inclusive to avoid live plants sitting in a sorting depot over the weekend.

Buyers in Northern Ireland, Scotland and offshore UK islands may be subject to increased courier charges; please contact us prior to purchase for details.

Postage

Plugplants4u will confirm dispatch of purchase when the item has been posted. All items are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class post and will arrive within 2-3 days subject to Royal Mail schedules. All items are packaged so that they can fit through normal sized letterboxes. However, if you have ordered a bulk delivery and the item cannot be posted through the letterbox, it may be returned to your local sorting office. Please check with your local sorting office should you be expecting and not receive a delivery within 5 days of payment.
