We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. When the paid item(s) fund is cleared, we will initiate the process time. Typically, it takes 1-3 days to process. Due to high volume of orders, some orders may take up to 5 days to process (this is very rare, but it does occur) Some orders are custom made; lead time is 7-10 days. Please look on estimated shipping/arrival date on ebay.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

A return for refund will be case by case basis. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 20%. Generally, product exchange is not an option.

Simply initiate the return within 14 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when it was originally shipped it to you. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
