Special Orders and Custom Orders Orders for both special order merchandise and custom order merchandise need to be paid in full and are not cancelable or returnable. Customers are required to print, sign, and return a copy of the custom order acknowledgement form that is emailed to them via email or fax (631.857.7903). Upon receiving this signed form, merchandise will be ordered. Custom order can take up to 16 weeks to ship. Territory Restrictions: All deliveries are made to the continental U.S. only.
