* We only ship to the confirmed address provided by Paypal & Ebay.

* Though I do sympathize..we do not issue refunds for items that are lost in the mail - if you would like to purchase shipping insurance - please notify me before paying so I can add it to your invoice.

* Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or an unclaimed package will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. 

* Please ask question(s) before ordering or placing bids. 

*** If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do NOT leave us negative or neutral feedback. PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST and we will work with you yo resolve the issue!! Please use eBay messages. 

* We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons: the item did not FIT you properly, you did not like the COLOR, FABRIC, LOOKS CHEAP, STYLE, etc. Please note all the measurements and item's description prior to bidding/buying. 

* You MUST contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your purchase if you intend to return.

* You MUST get approval for return so you know the correct address to ship to and so I know to watch for it in the mail.

Once shipped we require email confirmation that included the tracking number. When we receive the item, in the condition that it was shipped, we will issue a refund for item. We will refund your purchase price MINUS original shipping costs (if you got free shipping.. whatever it cost to send the item to you - it will still be minus out of your refund )

All items are shipped 24-48 hours after cleared payment, excluding weekends & holidays. 

US Shipping comes with delivery confirmation.

Combine shipping is available.

Pay the highest shipping price first then just $2.00 for each additional item.

International buyers will depend on weight and package size - You will need to email me before hand.

The discount is valid for a 7 day period. Once 7 days have past since your first won item your invoice will be updated and you must make payment immediately. 

To combine shipping, please make a payment in one transfer. 

If you pay for your items separately before you request an invoice the shipping discount is forfeited.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING --- Please Note: 

International shipping is always mailed USPS Priority

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. 

We cannot be responsible for international orders that may become damages, lost or stolen.

 Once the item leaves the US, it is the responsibility of your country's post office to deliver the package to you. 

 Government regulations prohibit marking merchandise below value or marking items as "gifts"

Weekends & local holidays are not counted as working days.

Items NOT picked up when delivered and sent back to us are subject to the cost of the shipping it back. We are not responsible for packages not picked up from customs or your post office!
