Here is another cute pattern from Dumplin Designs, for one of their Cupcake Corner dolls to crochet from worsted yarn. This one is called "Banana Split" and features a ruffled dress and frilly hat, and she's holding a banana split bowl with scoops of ice cream, banana slices and cherries, all made from yarn! What a cute set this would make for your summer party to sit on the table! The pattern requires a 4 1/2 inch yarn doll head with hands (not included). These can still be found online and in thrift stores. The clothing and doll body are all attached and then the body is stuffed with fibrefill. Fun to make and a great way to recycle these old yarn doll heads. The pattern is a double fold heavy paper leaflet. It has been used but no torn or missing sections. Issued in 1985.
