I used this computer for about a year without having any problems up until recently. A few days ago I tried turning it on and it wouldn't boot up and said that the operating system could not be found. I have the recovery disks but was not able to figure out how to get them to recover the computer. The papers, manuals, recovery disks, charging cable, original box, and computer are all included (everything in picture). Th battery has a lot of life left in it and holds a very good charge.
