Conditions:
New - Brand New, never used or installed. May or may not come in the original packaging.
Refurbished - Refurbished by factory and restored to factory settings. Unit has been cleaned, tested and every major function must work. Our refurbished items may be used prior to refurbishing. There may be some minor scratches and blemishes from previous usage. We guarantee there are no cracks or other significant damages unless otherwise specified in item's detail condition.
Used - Pulled from working environment. All our used laptops and parts are tested and sold in working condition. May show signs of usage. But we make sure products are cleaned.
Pictures may be stock photos. They represent the similar models of what we are selling and have similar look and condition. They may or may not be the images of the actual item you are bidding on or buying.
Warranty
A 30-day warranty from the date of arrival is provided on all products unless otherwise specified in the item description.
No returns will be allowed for products that are damaged while in Customer's possession or control.
Restocking Fee Information:

Return Policy
Customer may return the Products within 30 days from the date of shipment and obtain a credit or refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees (as detailed below).

- Customer must ship the Products to us in their original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, all of which shall be at Customer's expense.
- To be eligible for return, the Products must be in same condition as when shipped to Customer and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cords, software and other items shipped with the Products must also be included.
