This must be very rare as I've never seen one and have been collecting scales for years.  It's like a minature Micrometer also made by The Dodge Scale Co.  The Micrometer is fairly common and I actually have one I going to list on ebay.  As you can see in the photo it's very good shape.  It was patented in 1918 and it's all original.  Beautiful Piece.  OOOOPS, we broke the glass level that is part of the weighting system.  Made me sick.  So i have reduced the price.
