This 15" is rated by JBL at 225 Watts RMS / 450 Watts Continuous / 900 Watts Peak. It is 8 ohms. Genuine JBL Part # 124-67001-01X

This is the venerable JBL M115-8A Low Frequency Driver (MPN 124-67001-01X) is found in many JBL speaker systems over the years including the JBL JRX 115 and the EON 305 just to name a few. It is also known as the "diptop" because of the characteristic dip in the magnet. This is a stamp frame speaker with a hefty magnet assembly and voice coil. Constructed in the JBL tradition it is known for its warm and full reproduction and has been the choice of some over cast frame drivers. It has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms. This product is primarily found in sound reinforcement and PA speaker systems. It should not be confused with a speaker built and intended for a bass guitar system.
