This military style Nana hat is black and has an adjustable leather strap so it can fit most sizes. The inner circumference measures 21". The diameter from the left to right side of the hat is 7.5".
DOMESTIC U.S. SHIP TIMES:
Domestic Ship Times: We ship ALL items within 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri) after we receive payment. All packages will arrive within 1-5 business days after leaving us, barring any unforeseen delays at the Post Office.
Domestic Tracking: Included with ALL U.S. shipments, and can be found on your "Purchase History" page from within the "My eBay" link at the top right corner of the page.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Unfortunately none of the transportation times shown below are guaranteed because so many factors can impede a package's overseas travel time.
International Tracking: The default shipping option for all packages is First Class International which DOES NOT include tracking. To receive tracking you MUST upgrade to Priority International.
Taxes: Please understand that we DO NOT pay for any duties or taxes charged by your government to receive our packages. These fees are your responsibility and are NOT included in the item's price.
International Shipping Options:
First Class International (default): Usually takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but can take up to 4-8 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: Tracking is NOT included, and this service can only be used for packages weighing less than 3 pounds.
Priority International: Usually arrives in less than 2 weeks, and includes full tracking. Packages will default to this shipping option if they weigh more than 3 pounds.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We only accept PayPal. But you can use any major credit card with them if you like.
Payments should be made soon after "Buy it Now" is clicked, UNLESS you're waiting for a combined shipping invoice.
As per ebay policy, you then have 5 days to complete your checkout. If by the 5th day payment has not been received, or you have not contacted us asking for an extension, then an Unpaid Item Claim is automatically submitted to ebay so that we can recover our commission fees.
RETURNS:
If you need to return an item, please email us within 3 days from when the shipment is received, we cannot process any return after this time frame.
All returns must be in NEW and UNOPENED/UNWORN condition to be accepted. Any apparel returned must include any original tags and be free of pet hair and tobacco smoke.
Returns can be sent back for a refund minus shipping costs, or in exchange of another item similar in value. We are NOT responsible for return shipping in either direction.
If you receive the wrong item, or it's defective in some way, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please keep the original shipping package for fast, easy returns, or we will credit you the return postage fees if the error is ours.
