If you're experiencing difficulties placing an order, please email us the details of the problem and we'll try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with the item that he/she has ordered then they have 14 days in which to return the item in question. This will not in anyway affect the Statutory Rights of the Customer.

Any items damaged whilst in the possession of the customer will not be accepted and as a result no refund or alternative item will be offered. As mentioned all responsibility for the item passes to the customer once the item has been received.

When returning an item please add a note with your eBay ID, name, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement.

Item will be sent the same day where possible or within 24 hours.

Royal Mail 48 postage within United Kingdom is 1 - 2 working days (Free Postage)

Royal Mail 48 postage to Europe 5-7 working days

Royal Mail 48 postage to the Rest of the World 7-10 working days

All orders over £30 will be sent First/Second Class Recorded or signed for.
